Participant’s Voices

Arpawee

This workshop helped me recognize my own strengths that can be further developed. It also helped adjust my perspective toward both myself and others, which leads to clearer and more mutual understanding in communication at work.

Punyapim

The psychological assessment on “interpersonal style” helped me understand myself better than before. It allowed me to accept who I am and to apply my strengths effectively in my work.

Mailey

I was impressed by the opportunity to reflect on my own values, which helped me realize what truly matters to me. In addition, identifying my own identity keyword and declaring it helped me create a personal commitment to myself.

Nadthawud

The topic of creating a Vision can be practically applied to real work. When we understand our life goals, we can apply them to our work by setting clear objectives, creating action plans, and continuously developing ourselves to achieve the goals we have set.
