Case 1
New Leaders’ Development Training for Thai Glico Co., Ltd. & Glico Frozen Co., Ltd.
During November 2016 to February 2017, Asian Identity Co., Ltd. received an opportunity to strengthen and provide the training program for new leaders’ development for Thai Glico and Glico Frozen managers. The program is collaboratively novice between Asian Identity Co., Ltd. and Thai Glico Co., Ltd. management representatives. This drill is purposely designed for up skills to junior management position to increase their awareness of management skills and knowledge to support their career growth in the near future.
