All companies sent their managers to participate in the workshop, with the aim of learning together, exchanging experiences, and building professional networks which provided opportunities to explore potential collaboration and new business possibilities in the future.

On the first day of the workshop (November 12, 2025), we focused on helping participants reflect on their own management roles through board games (Game-based learning). This boardgame was designed to raise awareness of both strengths and areas for improvement in management, including risk management, team motivation, and decision-making skills.
Using a board game as a learning tool helped simulate real management situations, allowing participants to make decisions, experience outcomes, and adjust their approaches. The activity also encouraged reflection and open discussion, allowing participants to exchange perspectives and reflect on their learning to improve management practices and team development.

On the second day of the workshop (27 November 2025), focused on company analysis and knowledge sharing. In this session, Japanese MD and Thai HR teams also joined as observers, and all participants actively exchanged questions, perspectives, and experiences on shared challenges in their organizations to broaden their business perspectives through diverse viewpoints.
In the following session, participants exchanged feedback based on their shared roles as managers, discussing real challenges, insights, and experiences from their companies. Through this workshop activity, the discussion naturally shifted toward future-focused ideas. Each participant presented a current challenge and received practical suggestions from peers, including proven practices and new ideas worth trying with in the future.
Over the two-day workshop, participants actively exchanged experiences and explored management challenges beyond their own industries. Through diverse perspectives and reflection, they were able to identify strengths, recognize key challenges, and discover new approaches applicable to their own organizations with a broader viewpoint.

Asian Identity believes that creating such a space for learning and exchange is essential for continuous self-development. By broadening their perspectives, participants are better equipped to adapt to change and guide their organizations toward sustainable growth in an increasingly challenging business environment.
After the workshop, many participants shared positive feedback, such as:
Using the board game as a teaching tool clearly helped to understand the importance of team management, understanding our own ability, planning to keep motivation high, and developing team members. These ideas can be applied to managing our own team.
Sharing experiences from different industries gave me wider perspectives, new ideas for my work, and new business connections.
Preparing the presentation helped me look again at my company’s challenges and overall situation, and also see more opportunities.
The feedforward activity allowed us to collect new ideas from many companies, and some of them are useful and worth trying with my own team.
