Throughout his career as an HR professional in Japanese companies, Takashi has contributed to positive business results by developing efficient outcomes. As an HRD (Human Resource Development) consultant, he has experience in business development, relationship management with clients, delivering business skills training, and facilitating organizational development. He also participated in a project for the largest IT company in Japan to transform its organizational culture, where he organized and delivered a lear ning camp for over 200 participants, ranging from new graduates to senior managers.

Additionally, as an in-house HR administrator, he led several projects as a project manager and provided various training programs to employees, involving a range of stakeholders. He also organized in-house training for managers in overseas subsidiaries to help them understand corporate culture and Japanese culture more deeply.
