iD MAP is an online-based talent assessment tool; co-developed by Asian Identity and Human Science Plow Inc. in Japan. With its’ database of more than 40,000 people, it can analyze various competencies as a manager. One of the biggest challenges for assessment tools in the world is test-takers can manipulate the results. However, iD MAP can prevent it by utilizing assessment method called “Ipsative method,” which creates a difficulty to guess what the questions and answers imply about.
