iD MAP
iD MAP is an online-based talent assessment tool; co-developed by Asian Identity and Human Science Plow Inc. in Japan. With its’ database of more than 40,000 people, it can analyze various competencies as a manager. One of the biggest challenges for assessment tools in the world is test-takers can manipulate the results. However, iD MAP can prevent it by utilizing assessment method called “Ipsative method,” which creates a difficulty to guess what the questions and answers imply about. Corporate management and HR can use this tool for talent management as well as organizational development.

Uchida-Kraepelin (U-K) Test
The Uchida-Kraepelin (U-K) test measures the ability of test takers on task performance in terms of speed and accuracy. The results of the U-K test provide an estimate of the individual’s character. Moreover, the U-K test requires focused effort and attention by test takers, making it useful not only for the assessment of character but also the ability to adapt under mental stress. In fact, it has been widely used to assess work aptitude as a mental stressor all over the world.

Manga Learning
Manga Learning is a learning method that you can gain basic business knowledge by reading Japanese “manga” (cartoon). It is developed with a philosophy that active learning is more effective than passive learning.
Su Su Pim ! Vol.1 covers various topics about basic business mindset; teamwork, task management, professionalism, motivation, customer-focus, and identity. Su Su Pim ! Vol.1 is available in Kinokuniya, on-line shop, and from Asian Identity office.
Su Su Pim! Vol.2 focuses more on how to perform as a leader. Through the story of the young leader Pim, readers can learn how to find their own style of leadership and how to be equipped with necessary communication skills of a leader; such as listening, explaining, and giving feedback. Su Su Pim! Vol. 2 is available in E-publishing format.

AI Micro-learning
‘Micro-learning’ is a method of learning that allows individuals to learn the skills they need at their own pace, without the constraints of place and time, through short videos and online tools. Asian Identity have created the learning content based on topics for employees development that are highly demanded by many companies in Thailand, mainly focusing on topics that can be put to practical use in work settings. We use V-Cube’s Wizlearn, a learning management system, for our platform.
