People learn from experience
Education is becoming increasingly important for companies to recruit and retain good people. In education, it’s important to “educate from the top”. This is because a change in the behavior of the higher-ups will affect all the members below them. Also, education is more than just taking a seminar. People learn the most by “talking” rather than “listening” and “doing” rather than “remembering”. It’s important to design the learning process to include experiences during the training and follow-up after returning to the field.
