What is it?

Management Simulation is an objective assessment of managerial competencies by third-party experts.
We objectively evaluate the competencies required for managerial roles through the three assessments:

Details:
  • In-Basket Exercise
    Candidates are placed in a managerial role and required to make appropriate decisions within a limited time frame.
  • Presentation Exercise
    Candidates present business strategies logically and persuasively to senior executives.
  • One-on-One Exercise
    Candidates conduct developmental and motivational dialogues with subordinates to demonstrate their leadership and coaching abilities.

Our professional consultants assess each candidate’s performance based on these exercises and provide detailed individual reports highlighting strengths and areas for improvement across key competencies. Reports are available in Japanese, English, and Thai.

We provide personalized feedback through one-on-one debriefing sessions, identifying each participant’s developmental challenges revealed through the simulations. This approach uncovers deeper self-awareness—something that paper tests and online aptitude assessments often cannot achieve.

4. Language and Cultural Adaptation
True capability cannot be assessed without the use of one’s native language. We provide assessments in local languages, primarily Thai, to ensure participants can fully demonstrate their competencies in a culturally and linguistically appropriate environment.”

Report

The assessment report includes the following key elements:

  • Scores for each competency
  • Relative standing compared to other participants
  • Individual strengths and areas for improvement
  • Tailored advice for future development

Our consultants will provide personalized feedback, using materials such as recorded video clips from the simulation exercises to give concrete advice on areas for growth.
