By receiving candid feedback from supervisors, peers, and subordinates,individuals can foster self-growth and contribute to building a moreopen organizational culture.
The tool offers customizable quantitative and qualitative questi onnaires and provides each participant with a summarized individual report.
Additionally, it features AI-powered deep psychological analysis to deliver deeper insights.

- Respondents can be selected from three categories: supervisors,
subordinates, and peers.
- Results are aggregated by category, allowing participants to understand how they are perceived by different groups—and to identify gaps between self-perception and others’ perceptions.
- To prevent respondents from giving emotionally biased or overly negative feedback, they are educated on the “feedback mindset” through a short video or live session. This ensures that all participants acquire a basic level of feedback skills before responding.
- Respondents receive a summary report that includes both scores and comments, along with AI-generated advice based on the feedback data.
- (Optional) A “Mingle Session” can be organized, where participants have the opportunity to exchange feedback with one another in a guided, safe environment.
