Biography
Experience:
Thitiporn is deeply passionate about growth and is consistently focused on self-improvement. While still in university, she spent much of her time in the library, delving into books on psychology/personal development. She firmly believes that everyone has the potential to evolve into the best version of themselves.
Before graduating, Thitiporn joined Decathlon Thailand as a Sport Leader at the Rama 4 branch. Her dedication to progress and continuous self-improvement quickly earned her the trust to take on additional roles as Merchandiser and Layout Trainer, despite having only worked for four months. Shortly thereafter, she was promoted to Department Manager, where she took on the responsibility of coaching and motivating her team.
These experiences as both a Trainer and Coach solidified Thitiporn’s vision for her future. She dreams of helping others along their own self-development journeys and is passionate about training and empowering people to reach their full potential.
Since joining Asian Identity, Thitiporn took the position of Associate Consultant, with primary responsibilities including coordinating workshop operations, ensuring internal alignment across project teams, and managing client communications. She has had the opportunity to explore and learn from a wide range of responsibilities, becoming an integral part of the team.
