As an internal HR professional, she has extensive experience such as HR Business Partner, recruitment, labor relations, education, etc. Her efforts as an HR Business Partner to improve the organization, enhance management skills, and revitalize communication within the organization through the use of engagement surveys have produced significant results. Her stance is to build a relationship of trust with partners, pursue the true issues by listening intimately, derive the best solutions, and work through to the end with passion.
