Biography
Experience:
Pakwan has experience participating in the Yoshinoya Ambassador Project of YOSHINOYA HOLDINGS CO., LTD., where she learned management principles that provided her with a foundation to understand the vision of the company and its executives. She has also worked as a Japanese sales coordinator, serving clients from various industries, most of which are cross-cultural organizations. In this role, she worked closely with management-level staff and provided support. With her understanding of different cultures, Pakwan helped team members work together smoothly. Additionally, Pakwan has contributed to social change; as a youth, she served as a spokesperson for children and youth in a non-profit organization.
Pakwan believes in people’s potential. She thinks that to develop, it is important to know what we need to improve and strengthen. Therefore, it is crucial to give ourselves the opportunity to grow by being open to feedback and putting ourselves in environments that support learning.
