Experience:
Pa-kwan Panyatona brings over six years of experience in the human resources development (HRD) field to her role as an accomplished educator and lifelong learner. Her expertise encompasses curriculum development, solution design, learning consultation, and facilitation for diverse professionals across Thai and Japanese learners.
Pa-kwan’s career trajectory began as a learning counselor and assistant coach with Excedo, a multinational startup backed by the prestigious Nikkei & Financial Times. In this role, she provided invaluable learning support, enabling Japanese learners to thrive in multicultural management positions and achieve their professional goals.
In 2021, Pa-kwan transitioned to a solution designer role at SEAC. Here, she leverages her skills to meticulously craft development solutions tailored to all levels within multinational companies operating in Thailand. These companies encompass a broad spectrum of industries, including pharmaceuticals, engineering, banking, insurance, etc.
Pa-kwan’s dedication extends beyond her core responsibilities. Her passion for development led her to volunteer as the Head of Volunteer Development and Training at Saturday School. In this role, she spearheaded the implementation of innovative training approaches, empowering the foundation’s dedicated volunteers.
