Experience:
Kaewta has over 20 years of experiences in HRD, OD, L&D and HR consulting business, working for leading Human Resource Consulting firms in Thailand. She has accumulated a great experience from working with top management and HR team of various multinational and local companies in Thailand.
In her work, she has learned and helped clients to strategically cope with business challenges and to align human resource with their business strategy through organization diagnose, organization transformation, leadership development, talent management, succession planning, employee development, and methodology implementation solutions.
At Asian Identity, she overseer business development, being responsible for identifying business opportunities, connecting with clients, and leading the team toward Thai market penetration.
Kaewta believes that a good consulting is surrounded by simple, practical, and obvious solutions that can dramatically achieve business results and influence people for success in the long term.
