Chayapol has over 7 years of experience in the human resources field. He has worked for international companies from Japan, China, India, and Thailand across various industries, including recruitment consulting, trading, power plant, and retail.
Through his roles as a Senior HR Executive, Chayapol has developed skills and specialties in HRM, HRD, OD, ODI, consultation, organizational culture, organizational behavior, investment in people, cultural transformation, conflict management, and other HR solutions.
