HR Consultant

[Job Description]

• Issue Analysis

Support in client interviews to understand their situation and conditions, and in conducting issues analysis to identify root causes of the issues and improvement areas.

•  Solution Design

Help to design solutions for clients and lead in the development of workshop modules.

• Project Delivery 

Communicate with client’s window person and collaborate with involved parties, internal and external, to successfully implement the project.
– Prepare necessary materials/tools and run workshops as a supporter and a module facilitator.
– Support the team to design solution for clients.

• Business Development Support

Prepare, present, and close proposals for workshop projects as a proposal supporter.
Maintain relationships with the client’s window person and obtain leads for new projects.

1. Business level English

• Background

1. Thai Nationality

2. Have experience of studying or working in abroad

3. At least 2 years of working experiences  (Best if experience is consultant and/or B to B business)

[Selection Process]

1st:

– 1 on 1 interview with our General Manager or Senior Consultant

2nd:

– 1 on 1 interview with our CEO

– Assessment to see business skills and logical thinking skill

3rd:

– Meet our members and do a presentation.

[Conditions]

• Salary is decided upon experiences and skills
• Overtime work and work on Saturday may happen occasionally (you may take substitute holiday)
• We have flex time working hour and remote work with certain rules
