Strong teamwork is one of the important necessities in every company.
From August of 2017, Asian Identity had a one year project of team building for Personnel Consultant Manpower (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Established in 1994, it is one of the prestige Japanese recruitment service agencies in Bangkok. With approximately 100 employees, Japanese management director had been emphasizing the importance of team building.
To reach the ultimate goal of fostering a sense of commitment (“proud to commit and go beyond for the success of this company”) and achievement (“proud to provide service for each other in organization and for clients”), we placed some milestones on the way; Pride (“proud to work in this company”), Alignment (“proud to be a part of the contributions and success of this company”), and Advocacy (“proud to be a brand ambassador for this company”).
Every workshop was conducted after company dinner which is a good opportunity to gather all employee under fun and relaxing atmosphere. We kept this atmosphere by involving many interactive activities in our workshops. As always, our activities are not simply for fun entertainment. They involve many experiential learning which align with theme of each series.
Gradually, we could see participants are getting closer through fun networking activities and by knowing each other better. We believe that this stronger collaboration mind across different departments will produce further success of company and more enjoyable workplace for everyone. Additionally, through the series of workshops, participants became motivated to become a brand ambassador of company and increased mutual understanding about current situations. At the end, participants found key factors of ideal organization to create good team alignment and collaboration.
Companies are existed everyday by its’ people, and they can fall apart if there isn’t strong teamwork uniting them. Asian Identity will continue to work hard for increasing companies with good alignment and collaboration.
