Purpose

Fair and effective evaluation is not just about scoring — it’s about helping people grow.

This workshop equips managers and evaluators with essential skills to evaluate objectively, communicate feedback constructively, and align individual performance with organizational goals.

Through interactive exercises, participants will learn how to recognize bias, score fairly, and conduct evaluation meetings that motivate rather than discourage. The program also introduces the SBI Framework (Situation–Behavior–Impact) for giving fact-based feedback that promotes accountability, trust, and continuous improvement.

  • Improve the clarity, fairness, and consistency of performance evaluation by building a shared understanding of evaluation principles and scoring approaches among evaluators
  • Strengthen evaluators’ ability to give constructive feedback that fosters accountability, reduces conflict, and supports employee growth
  • Align individual and team performance more effectively with business goals through better communication, expectation setting, and follow-up
