In this special seminar, we introduce selected content from our Diversity & Cross-Cultural Management Workshop, one of Asian Identity’s signature workshops, giving participants the opportunity to experience our learning approach firsthand.

This workshop is thoughtfully designed to strengthen awareness and deepen understanding of cultural diversity within organizations. Participants will get to explore their own perspectives, gain insight into different thinking and communication styles, and discover practical ways to bridge gaps that often arise between Thai and international team members at all levels. Through interactive activities and meaningful experience sharing, the session encourages open dialogue and real reflection.
