HR Consultant
Job Description
1) Issue Analysis
Support in client interviews to understand their situation and conditions, and in conducting issues analysis to identify root causes of the issues and improvement areas.
2) Solution Design
Help to design solutions for clients and lead in the development of workshop modules.
3) Project Delivery
Communicate with client’s window person and collaborate with involved parties, internal and external, to successfully implement the project.
– Prepare necessary materials/tools and run workshops as a supporter and a module facilitator.
– Support the team to design solution for clients.
4) Business Development Support
Prepare, present, and close proposals for workshop projects as a proposal supporter.
Maintain relationships with the client’s window person and obtain leads for new projects.
Mandatory Expectation
Skill
- Business level English
- Time management (Able to think ahead, schedule, and work accordingly)
- Logical thinking (Able to extract clear conclusion with credible reasons)
- Problem solving (Able to analyze issue and come up with appropriate solutions)
- Presentation (Able to talk positively in front of audience with comprehensive materials)

- Professionalism (Able to work with responsibilities and ask for help proactively)
- Teamwork (Approachable and able to share information proactively)
- Humbleness (Able to make efforts and step out of your comfort zone)
Conditions
- Salary is decided upon experiences and skills
- Overtime work and work on Saturday may happen occasionally (you may take substitute holiday)

1) Workshop Facilitator
Responsibilities include supporting the development and maintenance of the training programs.
(Soft skill training: Management training, Leadership, communication skill etc..)
2) Client Relation
Visit clients, analyze organizational/human development problems, and create proposals
3) Program Design
Conduct client interviews to understand the conditions of clients and design contents of workshop
4) Project Delivery
