Cambodian Tiger FC’s Tiger Spirit Vision Sharing workshop

Football is one of the most popular sports in the world, as well as in Cambodia.

As an organizational development partner of Cambodian Tiger FC, Asian Identity believes in helping Cambodian Tiger FC in becoming an inspiring symbol for Cambodian people.

Last month, Asian Identity provided “Tiger Spirit vision sharing” workshop to the players and staffs of the club. The goal of this workshop is for players to set up their personal aspiration for this season and also, to create agreed actions for the team to become more professional, and having attitudes of world class player such as Didier Drogba. 

With LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method, participants got to share and discuss productively in an enjoyable yet serious way. Also, It was facilitated in four languages which includes Thai, Khmer, Japanese, and English.

Pongsakorn Chanchaisrisakul, senior consultant of Asian Identity, and Katsuhiro Nakamura, CEO & Founder of Asian Identity, facilitated the workshop. Akihiro Kato, the club’s owner, also attend the workshop.
