| Responsibilities |
- Workshop Facilitation
- Responsible for supporting the development of training programs and other related services including facilitator or workshop support role.
- Client Relation
- Visit clients, maintain relationships as the main window person, and analyze organizational/human development issues.
- Issues Analysis
- Support in client interviews to understand their situation and conditions, and in conducting issues analysis to identify root causes of the issues and improvement areas.
- Solution Design
- Client hearings, workshop content or solutions design, proposal creation
- Project Delivery
- Communicate with client’s window person and collaborate with involved parties, internal and external, to successfully implement the project.
- Workshop Project: Prepare necessary materials/tools and run workshops as a supporter and a module facilitator.
- Consulting Project: Support the main consultant to design solutions for clients.
- Business Development Support
- Prepare, present, and close proposals for workshop projects as a PS (Proposal Supporter).
- Maintain relationships with the client’s window person and obtain leads for new projects.
