Our Works
Asian Identity was entrusted by Hiraide Precision (Thailand), a manufacturer and processor of high-quality metal sheets, to design and deliver a Logical Communication Workshop aimed at strengthening employees’ logical communication skills. The workshop was conducted on 9 September and 21 October 2025. In addition, to ensure that learning extended beyond the workshop sessions, small-win sessions were also introduced as follow-up touchpoints to outcomes and observe changes that emerged after the workshop.
On the first day of the workshop, the Asian Identity team began by reflecting the management team’s vision and expectations, particularly the desire for participants to truly understand and apply structured thinking frameworks such as “5W3H” in their daily work. These expectations were brought to life through a series of engaging and hands-on activities. Participants took part in quiz-based challenges and worked through simulated scenarios that required them to prepare meeting documents together. Rather than learning the framework in theory alone, they experienced how each element of 5W3H plays a role in clear and effective communication. Through these activities, participants gradually became more aware of what was missing in their usual communication and how a more structured approach could help them communicate more clearly, accurately, and systematically in their work.

Following this, participants explored the concept of persuasive communication that is concise, clear, and complete through the lens of “Audience-centric Communication.” This was delivered through role-play activities that placed participants in realistic communication scenarios. By learning through direct experience, participants were able to develop a deeper understanding of how effective communication works and to immediately see the impact of messages that are structured around the needs and perspectives of the audience.
Once participants had developed a clear understanding of the key elements of effective communication, the second workshop session shifted its focus to strengthening structured thinking skills, with particular emphasis on the “Why”or the purpose behind the message. Participants then worked through case studies carefully designed to reflect Hiraide Precision’s business context. Through these exercises, they practiced identifying “unstated needs,” or the underlying expectations of their counterparts. This capability is a critical skill that can be applied directly in daily work, whether communicating with colleagues, business partners, or other stakeholders. By sharpening this perspective, participants were able to communicate more clearly, stay focused on what truly matters, and respond more effectively to the needs of others.

Following the completion of the two workshop sessions, Small-win Sessions were held as follow-up opportunities to consolidate learning and create a shared reflection space. These sessions encouraged participants to exchange ideas, engage in open dialogue, and share successes or progress made toward the personal development goals and action plans they had set after the workshop. By revisiting their learning and hearing real experiences from peers, participants were able to deepen their understanding of key concepts and were further motivated to apply what they had learned in a tangible and practical way in their day-to-day work.
Participants reflected on how they had experimented with applying what they learned from the workshop in their daily work, as well as the outcomes that emerged from these practical applications. Examples included:
After learning the 5W3H framework, I applied it to the stock requisition process by first conducting a more thorough analysis of the receiving department’s needs. This approach allowed the process to be carried out more accurately and helped reduce errors. I also applied the same framework to the preparation of meeting reports, resulting in documents that were more concise, easier to understand, and clearer in terms of task assignment and responsibility allocation.
I then shared the 5W3H framework with my team members and found that their understanding of the work improved significantly. They became more capable of planning their own tasks in line with expected goals, and more aware of the potential impact if plans were not executed as intended.
I applied structured thinking and prioritization principles to respond to an unexpected incident at a supplier’s factory, which affected their ability to deliver on schedule. By thinking systematically, I was able to analyze the situation and develop a comprehensive response plan. This approach enabled the purchasing team to identify an alternative supplier that closely matched the original requirements, allowing the company to deliver to customers on time despite the disruption.
In addition, following the completion of the program, management shared their reflections on the changes observed among participating employees. Notable improvements included the ability to prepare meeting reports with clearer structure, better organization, and greater readability. Participants also began incorporating clear next actions into their meeting reports, which helped ensure smoother work continuity and more effective follow-up across teams.
As effective communication is a critical skill for collaboration and a key driver of success at both the individual and organizational levels, Asian Identity would like to express our sincere appreciation to Hiraide Precision (Thailand) for recognizing the importance of communication skill development and for entrusting us with the opportunity to support the growth of their people. We firmly believe that the commitment and dedication demonstrated by all participants will serve as an important driving force, contributing to the organization’s continued growth and success in the future.
