| Purpose | How can companies create an organization where employees in Thailand want to stay?
In recent years, labor mobility in Thailand has continued to increase, making the retention of talented employees a major management challenge for many companies. The reasons behind employee turnover are not limited to compensation or benefits. In many cases, employees leave because they cannot see a meaningful future for themselves within the organization. A company philosophy and action guidelines are not just slogans. They serve as the foundation that defines an organization’s direction and enables employees to envision a shared future. However, many companies still face challenges such as having a corporate philosophy that does not fully resonate within the organization, or headquarters’ values that do not function effectively in the local context. In this seminar, we will explore a real transformation case in Thailand that successfully reduced employee turnover. Participants will gain practical insights into how to design company philosophy and action guidelines, and how to implement them effectively at the operational level. We warmly invite companies that are considering building or revisiting their corporate philosophy, redesigning their organizational culture, or strengthening the management foundation of their Thailand operations to join this seminar.
