Ji-Atama Workshops: Boosting Thinking Skills for Professionals | Asian Identity

Tue Mar 10, 2026

Asian Identity is proud to announce the successful completion of two highly engaging and insightful workshops in collaboration with Mediator: “Ji-Atama: What are Thinking Skills and Hypothesis Thinking?” and “Ji-Atama: Framework Thinking”. These sessions brought together professionals looking to enhance their critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

In “What are Thinking Skills and Hypothesis Thinking?”, participants explored the key differences between knowledge and thinking skills. They delved into the concept of hypothesis thinking, learning to apply the Fermi Estimation framework. The hands-on exercises allowed attendees to sharpen their ability to structure thoughts, develop stronger logical arguments, and present their ideas with clear logical connections. The interactive format emphasized not just theoretical learning but practical application, ensuring that participants could actively practice and develop their thinking skills.

Building on this success, the second workshop, “Framework Thinking”, focused on structured thinking and effective brainstorming techniques. Participants learned to organize their ideas using practical frameworks and examined problems from multiple perspectives to generate clearer insights. The session also emphasized building logical, systematic solutions with refined reasoning processes, allowing participants to communicate their arguments more persuasively and clearly.

Both workshops were well-received, offering valuable tools for professionals to enhance their decision-making capabilities and strengthen their problem-solving skills.
