Fair and effective evaluation is not just about scoring — it’s about helping people grow. This workshop equips managers and evaluators with essential skills to evaluate objectively, communicate feedback constructively, and align individual performance with organizational goals. Through interactive exercises, participants will learn how to recognize bias, score fairly, and conduct evaluation meetings that motivate rather than discourage. The program also introduces the SBI Framework (Situation–Behavior–Impact) for giving fact-based feedback that promotes accountability, trust, and continuous improvement.
