Purpose

In this interactive workshop, Japanese expatriates working in Thailand will learn essential management and communication skills through a cross-industry learning experience that connects professionals from diverse fields.

You will explore effective management approaches in the Thai context, drawing on cross-cultural frameworks and motivation theories to better understand how to lead, collaborate, and inspire in a multicultural environment.

A key focus of the program is developing a growth mindset. Through self-assessment and reflection, participants will gain objective insights into their strengths and areas for improvement — and design a personal action plan for continuous self-development.

Profile

Lunako provides HR and organizational consulting services at Asian Identity, a Bangkok-based consulting firm specializing in Asia.

After building her career with the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI), Nokia, NTT DOCOMO, and a U.S.-based IT venture, she worked at several global consulting firms, engaging in strategy, organization, and HR consulting. She later served as an internal consultant and executive coach at a pharmaceutical company, where she led organizational development projects involving approximately 300 managers and drove initiatives to develop next-generation leaders and executive candidates.

As a consultant, Lunako has supported companies across a wide range of industries in areas such as organizational transformation, vision formulation, new manager development, career development, and women’s empowerment. As an executive coach, she has worked with more than 300 leaders—from CEOs of listed companies to mid-level managers—both in Japan and abroad.

She has lived in the United States for a total of five years.
