Developing Leadership Potential: Visual Thinking for Leaders powered by EGAKU®

On August 22nd, 2025, we had the great opportunity to deliver the Visual Thinking for Leaders workshop powered by EGAKU® in collaboration with White Ship, Inc., and it concluded successfully!

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to all participants who joined us to explore new experiences through the EGAKU® Method from Japan ️✨

 

EGAKU® Method uses Art as a tool for participants to develop leadership potential and self-awareness through observing and opening up new perspectives that might otherwise be overlooked, recognizing unconscious biases, and practicing Visual Thinking to think, analyze, and communicate more effectively.

 

 

In this workshop, participants engaged in multiple processes:

• Seeing Art – appreciating artworks as a way to expand perspectives
• Creating Art – expressing themselves through their own creations
• Group Sharing & Dialogue – exchanging ideas and connecting with others
• Reflection & Sharing Insights – reflecting deeply and sharing new learnings

 

After the workshop, we received various insights from participants, such as:

• “It was a very meaningful workshop. Besides creating art, I had an important moment to reflect deeply on myself.”
• “I was impressed by the topic of expression and empathy. I will try to express my opinions and show empathy toward my co-workers to work more effectively.”
• “Interacting with people I had never met before gave me new perspectives that I can apply in my work.”
