Japanese Association Thailand Online Workshop: コロナ禍におけるセルフマネジメントスキル

In collaboration with Japanese Association in Thailand, on 11th and 15th September 2021, Asian Identity’s CEO and founder, Mr. Nakamura Katsuhiro, held an online workshop on the topic of ‘Self-management Skills during Covid-19 era’.

In the workshop, Mr. Nakamura shared techniques and tricks on how to become aware of one’s condition and to manage it properly, as well as how to change oneself. By mastering and using these skills, one will be able to improve not only self-management, but also one’s work performance and his/her relationship with others.
