Global HR Forum Japan 2021: アフターコロナの海外拠点“現地化”

On 9th September 2021, Asian Identity’s CEO and founder, Mr. Nakamura Katsuhiro, was invited to attend Global HR Forum Japan talk session as a guest speaker together with Mr. Hato from ROHM Semiconductor Singapore and Mr. Yamaguchi from Asahi Kasei Asia Pacific.

The topic of discussion revolves around the localization of overseas subsidiaries, focusing on Singapore, Thailand, and Japan. Through real experience, the speakers exchange opinions about the challenges, changes and discoveries Covid-19 has brought in regards to the role of management and expatriates.
