Asian Identity provided Team Identity workshop for Systena, the developer of “Bang-Guru”, the biggest restaurant database mobile application, to create a synchronized understanding in company’s vision & mission among top staffs.

In general, cultural gap can cause miscommunication between the company’s mission&vision from Japanese manager and Thai staff. To improve this misalignment, Asian Identity facilitates a workshop to create common goals and visions among all staffs. 

LEGO SERIOUS PLAY (LSP) is the main tool for this workshop.

“We should use this method (visual communication by LSP) in every future meetings”, said by one of the participants.
