iD MAP is an online talent assessment tool jointly developed by Asian Identity and Human Science Plow.

It analyzes various competencies (abilities and traits) of managers. One of the challenges faced by many assessment tools is that respondents can intentionally manipulate their results. However, iD MAP addresses this issue by adopting the Ipsative method of evaluation, which makes it difficult to infer the intent of the questions or the criteria for answering, thus preventing manipulation of results. This tool can be used by company executives and HR departments for talent management and organizational development.

Manga Learning is a learning method that you can gain basic business knowledge by reading Japanese “manga” (cartoon). It is developed with a philosophy that active learning is more effective than passive learning.

Management Simulation is an objective assessment of managerial competencies by third-party experts. We objectively evaluate the competencies required for managerial roles through the following three assessments:

• In-Basket Exercise
  Candidates are placed in a managerial role and required to make appropriate decisions within a limited time frame.
• Presentation Exercise
  Candidates present business strategies logically and persuasively to senior executives.
• One-on-One Exercise
  Candidates conduct developmental and motivational dialogues with subordinates to demonstrate their leadership and coaching abilities.

Our professional consultants assess each candidate’s performance based on these exercises and provide detailed individual reports highlighting strengths and areas for improvement across key competencies.
Reports are available in Japanese, English, and Thai.

Blindspot Finder is a 360-degree feedback tool designed to uncover areas of personal blind spots.
By receiving candid feedback from supervisors, peers, and subordinates, individuals can foster self-growth and contribute to building a more open organizational culture.

The tool offers customizable quantitative and qualitative questionnaires and provides each participant with a summarized individual report.
Additionally, it features AI-powered deep psychological analysis to deliver deeper insights.
